Picture of the day ~ Italy
Back in 2005, I was setting up a ship with Trevor Goldsmith for Image based in Miami. During this process we took time to go on all the tours (duh, why not) so we would have plenty of stock photos for the cruise ship passengers. One of the tours was the Vatican City, in St. Peter’s square. THIS image is probably my favorite street documentary photo. The children came up behind me and almost knocked me over, just enough time to squeeze of a couple of shots on my Nikon D100 (yes, that one) with a 28mm lens and I was left with a timeless moment. Just love the freedom and expression on the little girls face, it’s like we’re right there with her. As always, leave your comments at the bottom of the post.
