McNay Art Museum Wedding | Susan + Jaime
Wedding ceremony at the McNay Art Museum, San Antonio, Texas ~ In 2018, Jaime and Susan crossed paths during their deployment to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, in the Horn of Africa. Susan had just returned from an overseas assignment, and Jaime was gearing up for redeployment in a matter of weeks. However, their introduction took place on a fortuitous evening at the camp’s Officer Club, orchestrated by mutual co-workers-turned-friends.
Throughout the last five years, Susan and Jaime have conquered the adversities of COVID, a second overseas tour to Belgium, relocations across states and countries, career advancements, and ongoing education. Their love has endured it all, and they take pride in the unwavering support and joy they find in their enduring bond.
And here we are in 2024, at the McNay Art Museum, celebrating their big day. A big thank you to wedding planner Jennifer Craft. I’m grateful for Chris Margain, the second shooter, and Lily Thomas, my daughter, and photographer in training.
Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding day!
