THE DOMINION COUNTRY CLUB WEDDING + RECEPTION

Erin and Saif married at The Dominion Club in San Antonio. It was a perfect day for a perfect couple. I love to capture multi-cultural weddings. A truly unique Iraqi-Texan wedding and I was honored to photograph their day.

Saif, from Iraq moved to Jordan in 2006 and shortly after was accepted for an externship at St. Luke’s in Houston. It was in Houston that Erin and Saif met through the Catholic Churches’ Refugee Resettlement department. Saif had applied for asylum in the United States turning to the Catholic Churches for assistance. Quite the story and so much fun as a couple.

So, these are a few of my favorites below. Thanks to friend, Angela Michelle of Raven Red, along for the ride as second shooter and a superb talent here in San Antonio.
