1940’s Air Terminal Museum Wedding, Houston Texas
1940’s Air Terminal Museum wedding in Houston. A unique wedding celebration, Lauren and Eric are a delightful couple and I was honored to document their wedding day.
We start after the first image of Lauren in her gorgeous wedding gown with the rehearsal party at Karbach Brewwing Co,. Surrounded by family and friends, this beer fest should be on your list of craft beer breweries during this renaissance in the USA. Thankfully, I can fully appreciate this surge coming from England! Famed DJ, Josiah Lambert of Sirius XMU surprised or should I say shocked Lauren during the rehearsal celebration. Lauren has been a huge fan of his show for years. Josiah went on to perform his magical grip of music curation the wedding evening.
I love fall weddings. The dry air, low light, shorter days, longer shadows. It pushes my equipment and skills to the limits and then some. As a witness to a wedding day, I’m a photographer who is very lucky to have the trust of a couple like Lauren and Eric.
Thank you to Laura Sponaugle, an amazing photographer who I’m fortunate to work with on many occasions. You can also see Lauren and Eric’s engagement session at the Air Museum here. Scroll below for a few favorites all shot with a couple of Leica M’s.
